What strata committees ask us for
- One contractor for the whole site: pruning, removals, stumps, hedges and storm call-outs.
- Risk inspections so the committee can show it is managing trees on common property responsibly.
- Paperwork up front: insurance certificates, SWMS and certifications, before anyone asks.
- Quotes a committee can vote on, itemised by tree and by priority.
- Tidy, quiet work with notice to residents about parking, access and noise.
How it works
What happens, step by step.
No surprises on the day. You'll know what we're doing and why before we start.
Site walk
We walk the common property with the building manager or a committee member and list every tree that needs work, from urgent to routine.
Written quote and scope
Itemised by tree, so the committee can approve some items now and schedule the rest.
Compliance pack
Certificates of currency, SWMS and our certifications, sent with the quote so your strata manager can add us as an approved contractor.
Scheduled work
Work is booked around residents, with notices for parking and access.
Reporting
Photos and a short summary after each visit, for the committee's records.
Our work
Photos of our work.

EWP pruning at a brick building
An elevated work platform gets the arborist to the canopy without climbing or damaging the tree.

Crane and truck on a street job

Road closure and crane lift
Big lifts need traffic control and a crane pad.
Questions
Strata: common questions.
Who is responsible for trees in a strata scheme?
Trees on common property are the owners corporation's responsibility. Under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 it must maintain and repair common property. Council rules still apply: a strata tree needs the same council approval as any other tree.
Can you provide a tree risk inspection for the whole site?
Yes. Our consulting arborists inspect and rate every tree on the site, with photos, a useful life estimate and colour-coded recommendations the committee can act on.
Do you work with our strata manager directly?
Yes. Most of our strata work is arranged through the managing agent.
