What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, suburb, and anything else you choose to include (email, a description, photos). It's emailed to our office and kept in a secure log so we can follow up and see how many enquiries the website brings in. We use it only to respond to you and quote your job. The website's copy of your enquiry is deleted automatically after 13 months (long enough for a year-on-year report); the email in our inbox is kept with your job records.

Calls and emails

When you tap a phone number or email link, the website records that a tap happened, which button it was and which page you were on. It doesn't record who you are or anything about the call itself.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages people read and how they found us. It uses cookies and anonymised IP addresses. The site also remembers, in your own browser, where you first came from (for example "Google search"), so we can tell which channels work.

To stop automated spam, the quote form accepts only a few messages a minute from one internet connection. To do that we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for about two minutes; the IP address itself isn't stored.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the service providers that run the website and its email (Cloudflare, Resend, Google). We don't sell or share your details.
